Campden tablets are pre-measured potassium metabisulfite in a convenient tablet, taking the guesswork out of sulfiting. Use them to protect must from oxidation and wild yeast, or to dechlorinate brewing water.

How to Use

• Crush and add 1 tablet per gallon to protect must or wine.
• Add 24 hours before pitching yeast.
• One crushed tablet also dechlorinates 20 gallons of brewing water.
